What happened?
On the morning of 26th February 2026, our hosting environment experienced a power failure in one of our core datacentre zones. This caused a temporary outage for the websites and services we manage for you.
While our systems are built with two independent power backups, a very rare "double" electrical surge occurred. The first surge tripped the main safety switch, and when the backup system tried to take over the load instantly, it also triggered a safety shutdown.
