Post Mortem - The email deliverability has been identified and resolved.

The third-party service used for email deliverability implemented a block on our server addresses due to a change in their configuration. This wasn't communicated prior to it being implemented.

We have changed our service provider for this, and set up a new Service Level Agreement with them. Data Processing agreements remain valid and in-place, updated terms will be available in the forthcoming days.

The cause of this issue has been identified as a third-party issue. We're working with their engineers to resolve the issue. There is currently no ETA.

Some websites are experiencing issues with sending and receiving email notifications - for example e-commerce purchases. This is currently being investigated.
